Adam Kulhanek
Addictions expert, doctor, soft skills trainer

Adam is an expert on addiction. He understands how the human brain and psyche work. He is also a soft skills and presentation trainer and public speaker. He completed his PhD in addiction treatment at the 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University and is involved in clinical, research, teaching, and prevention work in the field of addictionology. He has been lecturing, facilitating, and teaching courses and workshops for more than seven years. He has extensive experience in public speaking, presenting, lecturing, and teaching.

Nikola Sraibova
Lecturer and coach

Nikola has been focusing on psychology and coaching for more than 10 years. She is a well-respected mentor, the author of articles on human happiness and psyche, and the mother of two small children. With her clients, she most often addresses relationships that surround us both at home and at work. She focuses on improving communication, finding emotional stability and the ability to confidently succeed in challenging life situations. She has experience in working for all kinds of companies, such as Redbull, Adidas Group or Staropramen.

Zuzana Jochmannova
Psychologist and psychotherapist

Zuzana studied Psychology at the University of Leicester in the UK and has a Master's degree from Charles University. She has worked in several multinational companies. Her knowledge of this challenging environment helps her understand her clients' difficulties. During her 17 years of living in the ex-pat community abroad, Zuzana has helped foreigners cope with the challenges of adapting to a new environment and culture. She currently provides private psychotherapy sessions where she uses an inclusive, personal approach. She builds on collaborative and strengths-based support. As a result, her clients effectively face their personal and professional challenges

Kristyna Cetkovska
Psychologist and coach

Psychologist, coach and last but not least a PhD student in Psychology of Work and Organization at Charles University in Prague. Her domain is the work and corporate environment, where she focuses on employee development and engagement. Her efforts and activities are aimed at making people feel better and develop more easily at work. On a research level, she then explores the topic of employee mental health along with factors that can enhance it in the long term. In this way, she combines her practical and theoretical areas in a meaningful way. Kristyna is a member of an international research team cooperating with the Centre for Salutogenesis at the University of Zurich, holds an ICF certificate in coaching.

Jan Hanus
Ex-CEO Woltair and lecturer

Jan studied marketing, economics and IT at the University of Hradec Králové. He moved from a corporation to a global start-up based in the Czech Republic, from food industry to e-commerce to progressive energy. Before joining the ambitious Czech-global start-up, Jan Hanuš worked as CEO of Mall Group or CEO of Telenor Hungary. He was the head of Emco or Kostelecké uzeniny. He was involved in the management of food companies Douwe Egberts, Vitana and Yoplait. At Woltair, he was leading the team and the company to expand and transition from an originally Czech company to the global progressive energy market.
